Mission and Vision

The TAF aims to establish an impartial, independent, and transparent accreditation system that observes international criteria. It seeks to provide comprehensive and effective accreditation services for a variety of customers, such as industries, consumers, and governmental agencies. It strives to create a well-regulated environment in which businesses can prosper while also protecting the welfare of consumers

Missions 

• TAF undertakes the approval, granting, maintenance, amendments, extending, reducing, renewal/re-assessment, suspension and withdrawal of accreditation applications. 

• Under the supervision of Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors, all of the policies, procedures, implementations and management for the operations of TAF operations are based upon “independent, impartial and non-discriminating” principles. 

• As a not-for-profit independent body, decisions made by TAF and its staff are not subject to any commercial, financial and other types of pressure. 

• TAF staff shall refrain from providing consultancy to any party concerned that may affect confidentiality and objectivity required in accreditation.
